Arcadia's Premier Tattoo Studio
Custom tattoo design and professional body piercing in the heart of Arcadia — where every piece is drawn with intention and applied with precision.
What We Do
Every piece begins as a conversation. We translate your vision into a one-of-a-kind design — no flash, no templates, no shortcuts. Just art made for your body.
Delicate linework, bold geometric patterns, or intricate dotwork — our artists specialize in styles that demand precision and a steady hand.
Professional piercings performed with implant-grade jewelry. Ear, facial, and body piercings done in a sterile, comfortable environment.
Vibrant color work and photorealistic portraits that capture detail, depth, and emotion. Your story deserves to be rendered in full spectrum.
Old tattoos don't define you. We transform faded or unwanted work into something you're proud to show — with expert cover-up artistry.
Free consultations for first-time clients and complex pieces. Bring your ideas, references, and questions — we'll help you plan every detail.
About Us
Change of Heart Tattoo was founded on a simple belief: that tattooing is not decoration — it's expression. Every line we draw carries meaning, and we treat your skin with the same care we'd give our own.
Located on East Foothill Boulevard in Arcadia, our studio is a space where artistry meets comfort. Whether you're getting your first piece or adding to a lifelong collection, you'll find a welcoming environment, strict hygiene standards, and artists who listen before they work.

Common Questions
Call us at (626) 631-5686 during business hours, or email us at changeofhearttattoo@gmail.com. For custom pieces, we'll schedule a free consultation first so we can discuss your vision in detail.
Yes — a non-refundable deposit is required for all custom tattoo appointments. This secures your time slot and reflects the artist's commitment to your piece. The deposit is applied toward the final price.
You must be 18 years or older to receive a tattoo or piercing. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at the time of your appointment. We do not tattoo minors under any circumstances.
Get a good night's sleep, eat a hearty meal before arriving, stay hydrated, and wear comfortable clothing that allows access to the area being tattooed. Avoid alcohol the night before — it thinns your blood and affects the process.
We provide detailed aftercare instructions with every appointment. In general: keep the initial wrap on for a few hours, gently wash with unscented soap, apply a thin layer of recommended ointment, and avoid soaking, sun exposure, and tight clothing on the area during healing.
Appointments are preferred, especially for custom work and larger pieces. Walk-ins are welcome for flash tattoos and small piercings when time allows — call ahead to check availability.
